Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, company-generated leads, follow-ups, and sales of our business and taxation services. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining suitable services, following up with leads, maintaining CRM records, coordinating with internal teams, and building strong client relationships. Our services include GST, Income Tax, Company & LLP Registration, Accounting, Trademark, ROC Compliance, Startup Registration, and Business Compliance Services. Candidates should have good communication, customer handling, sales and follow-up skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of multiple languages will be an added advantage. Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and company-generated leads.
• Explain Buzypro’s business and taxation services to clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with clients regarding documents and service updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain customer records using CRM.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• 1+ year of experience in Sales, Customer Support, Telecalling, Client Coordination, or Business Development is preferred.
