Where our services involve registrations, licences, or filings with a government authority (for example company incorporation, GST registration, trademark applications, or FSSAI licensing), our role is to assist you in preparing accurate documentation and submitting your application through the official government portal or office on your behalf.

• The decision to approve, reject, or request further information on any application rests solely with the concerned government department.
• We do not control, influence, or guarantee government processing times, and any timeline we share is an estimate based on typical department turnaround, not a commitment.
• Government fees, stamp duty, and statutory charges are set by the relevant authority and are separate from our professional fees — see Section 4 below.
• We do not charge for, nor claim to offer, any special or expedited access to government approval that is not available to any applicant filing directly.

Government fees, statutory fees, stamp duty, and applicable taxes (such as GST) are charged separately, are set by the relevant authority, and are payable in addition to our professional fee. We aim to clearly itemise these amounts in every quotation before you proceed.

5. No Outcome Guarantees

We do not guarantee approval, registration, or a specific outcome for any government application, as this is outside our control. We do commit to preparing and filing your application accurately, in accordance with applicable law, and to keeping you informed throughout the process.
