  8. The Company/Website may occasionally request the User to write reviews for products/services availed of, or for sellers listing on the website. Such reviews may be published along with the User’s name and certain contact details.
  9. Nothing herein compels the Company to store, upload, publish, or display any content, review, survey, or feedback submitted by the User, and the Company may remove any such submission without cause or notice.
  10. As you access and use our services, we collect certain information from you including but not limited to phone number, email address, device details, and IP address. By accessing and using our services, you consent to the sharing and disclosure of this information with our third-party service providers, business partners, and agents — for example, fraud-prevention and checkout-experience partners. Please refer to the relevant third party’s privacy policy for more details.

3. Cookies

  1. A ‘Cookie’ is a small piece of information stored by a web server on a web browser, enabling the browser to remember information specific to a given user, such as login identification. The website places both permanent and temporary cookies on the User’s device, and the User expressly consents to the same.
  2. The website uses data collection devices such as cookies on certain pages to help analyse web page flow, measure promotional effectiveness, and promote trust and safety. Certain features are only available through the use of such cookies. Declining cookies (where the User’s browser permits) may make some features unavailable.
  3. The User may also encounter cookies or similar devices placed by third parties or affiliates on certain pages. The Company does not control the use of such third-party cookies and is not responsible for them; the User assumes any associated risk.

4. Divulging / Sharing of Personal Information

  1. The Company may share the User’s personal information with other corporate entities and affiliates to help detect and prevent identity theft, fraud, and other potentially illegal acts; to correlate related accounts to prevent abuse; and to facilitate joint or co-branded services.
  2. The Company may disclose personal information if required to do so by law, or if it believes in good faith that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes, to enforce these policies, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of its users or the public.
  3. The Company and its affiliates may share or transfer personal information to another business entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or restructuring. Any successor entity will continue to be bound by this Policy, as amended from time to time.
