BUZYPRO TAXCLOUD PRIVATE LIMITED is a registered trust and corporate services provider. As a client availing BuzyPro services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable to our fees. A GST e-Invoice and Input Tax Credit will be provided if you supply your GSTIN at the time of payment. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the GSTIN is provided at the time of payment to receive GST Input Tax Credit.
Any additional government fees associated with incorporation, licence, or trademark services, where applicable, will be notified upfront in the invoice, collected, and subsequently remitted to the respective governmental authority.

Cancellation of an order is not possible once payment has been made, except as provided in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which governs cancellation requests, refund eligibility, and processing timelines.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and respond to any claim that content posted on our Service infringes the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity. If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act on one’s behalf, and believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes infringement, please submit your claim via email to buzyprochennai@gmail.com with the subject line “Copyright Infringement”, including a detailed description as set out in Section 10 below. You may be held accountable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, for misrepresentation or bad-faith infringement claims.

BuzyPro TaxCloud endeavours to safeguard and ensure the security of customer information using appropriate measures to protect it from unauthorised access, and follows the standards prescribed by applicable law, including appropriately secure encryption for the transmission of customer information.
The customer is required to cooperate with us in ensuring the security of their information — it is recommended that customers choose their passwords carefully, using a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters, and never disclose their password or keep a written record of it where a third party could access it.

Except as prohibited by law, you will hold us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damage, however it arises — including attorneys’ fees and related costs of litigation or arbitration — whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with this agreement or any violation by you of applicable laws, statutes, rules, or regulations, even if we have been previously advised of the possibility of such damage.
Except as prohibited by law, if liability is found on our part, it will be limited to the amount paid for the products and/or services, and under no circumstances will there be consequential or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, so the prior limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
