1. Applicability
This policy applies to all services availed through BuzyPro’s website or offline — including Company Formation, GST/ESI/PF registration, tax filing, and IP services.
2. Cancellation by Client (Before Service Start)
- Clients may request cancellation of a paid service within 7 days of payment — provided work has not yet commenced.
- To cancel, clients must send a written request (email to info@buzypro.com or via phone at +91 74488 98986) stating the reason for cancellation.
- Upon acceptance, BuzyPro will refund the full amount paid (minus any non-refundable processing fees, if applicable) within 30 working days.
3. Cancellation / Refund After Service Commencement
- Once work has begun (e.g. documentation submitted, filings initiated), the service is considered “in progress.”
- In such cases, no full refund will be provided. A partial refund may be offered at BuzyPro’s discretion, depending on the amount of work completed, time spent, and any third-party costs incurred (e.g. government filing fees).
- Clients must submit a written request; BuzyPro will assess and communicate the refund amount within 15 working days of receipt.
4. Refund on Service Delivery Failure / Errors by BuzyPro
- If BuzyPro fails to deliver the service within a reasonable time, or makes a material error attributable to BuzyPro, the client is eligible for a full refund — or alternatively, BuzyPro may offer to complete the service correctly at no extra cost.
- The client must notify BuzyPro in writing within 30 days of the failure or error becoming apparent.
- Where a refund is opted for, it will be processed within 30 working days to the original payment method or bank account.
5. Non-Refundable Items / Costs
- Any government fees, third-party fees, or statutory charges paid on the client’s behalf (e.g. ROC fees, stamp duty, filing fees) are non-refundable, since they are payable to regulatory authorities and not to BuzyPro.
- Processing charges and any taxes already remitted to the government will not be refunded.
- If the client cancels after work has begun, any non-recoverable costs (document procurement, filing fees, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
6. How to Request a Cancellation / Refund
- Send a written cancellation/refund request to info@buzypro.com or call +91 74488 98986 (or +91 99424 80077), quoting your invoice/order number.
- Include your full name, company name (if registered), contact details, reason for cancellation/refund, and preferred refund method (e.g. bank transfer).
- BuzyPro will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and inform you of refund eligibility and amount.
7. Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days of approval.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method or via bank transfer, as per your preference.
8. Modification of Policy
BuzyPro reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be published on the website and communicated to clients.
